Billdog she has nothing to with me but the justice system has something to do with all of us. I am tired of my women friends preach for equal rights but not accept the same punishments as our male equals . Just because you hold the title mother does not make you a better parent then a father.

Again Ms. Smith, what does this piece of dung have to do with you and your life?

Billdog it is a prime example of how the justice system protects a certain type of person.do you think for one second that if this was a man he would not get the death penalty? I am sick of women wanting equal rights but then don't want the equal punishment for the crime. I know a father who wanted custody of his kids and he had a female judge say the abusive mother had more rights. He had to request another judge and after thousands of dollars later he finally got custody of his kids.

msmith82, Then try focusing on your own life. What does this piece of dung have to do with you or your life.

Billdog our business does not run itself do you have any idea on how many hours a day I do in bookkeeping. Me and my husband are self employed so there for we both have a job and pay taxes on the money we make.

I have a life, so this crap doesn't concern me. I'm not a friend, relative or on the jury. Let the system do it's job. Life without the possibility of parole would be worse than the death penalty. Setting in a cell a day waiting to take advantage of somebody or somebody to take advantage of you would be horrible existence. People get to evolved in the crap that has nothing to do with them. Try getting a J.O.B. and focus on your own life.

And as a woman I can safely say if this woman would have been a guy he would have got the death penalty no question asked. I am so sick of the double standard when it comes to women and crime. Drown your kids in a bath tub it gets classified as post patron depression and you go to a mantle hospital.

She is an evil person that deserves everything coming to her.

AFRET1, Its off topic but Its just what I have seen and what they have done to this Country every time they have power. The only time I have ever been laid off for example came under a (R) President. I have also seen what they have done to this Country now just because they do not like Obama. Even when they know it is wrong they will screw us in an attempt to make Obama look bad. Example, Economy is now doing well and they keep dreaming up fake scandals. That will make any sane person angry.

Afret1 it does not matter if you are a r or a d all that matters is if you are a good person in life and I wish both sides would get that through their thick skulls

This case sickens me the defense tried to say she was abused and controlled by him but in no way I buy that one she does not show the signs that she was abused to the reason why I say that is after they broke up she went back. My ex put me through*****he tried to get me back and I stayed as far away from him as possible. If someone abuses you and you brake up you don't go back to them it is not logical

I believe your right, msmith. I watched the trial intently, partially to see Gonzalez question witnesses. He's great. Arias is a physcopath(sp), but her age, gender and (some would argue) attractiveness came into play.

Coming from a women I will say this if a man would have stabbed and shoot his ex girlfriend this would not have even been a question. He would have had a needle in his arm already this case exploited the flaws in our courts.

Right verdict, but the jury didn't have the guts to give her what she deserved - the needle. I become ill just looking at her.
