WARREN - Elma "Ellie" Jane Kendall, 64, of Warren, passed away Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014, at Northside Hospital.
She was born June 5, 1949, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of the late John H. and Dorothy D. Guthrie Clifford.
She was a homemaker.
Memories of Elma will be carried on by her loving husband, Alfred Kendall of Warren; three daughters, Connie (Scott) Taylor of Bowie, Md., Nicole Lane of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Tammy (Hugo) Duran of Kingwood, Texas; three sons, Matthew Lane of Alaska, Rodney (Diana) Kendall of Hollister, Calif., and Rick (Brenda) Kendall of Cortland; two brothers, Paul D. (Vesta) Clifford of Warren and Leonard Clifford of Baytown, Texas; sister, Annette (Francisco) Avalos of Williamston, N.C.; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John H. Clifford III; and her son, Glenn Burris.
Services will be held 8 p.m. Monday at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Joan Purnell will officiate. Family and friends are kindly invited to visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Elma will be sadly missed by friends, family and lil Bear, her family pet.
