HOWLAND - Theodore "Ted" November, 85, passed away Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at St. Joseph Health Center.
He was born July 3, 1928, in Warren, the son of James and Rose November.
Ted was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and earned an associate's degree in engineering from Kent State University. He retired in 1993 as a corporate environmental engineer from ITT Higbee after 10 years, and previously worked at Van Huffle Tube for 20 years. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (St. James Church) and the Flying Aeros Model Airplane Club and also ranked as colonel in the Confederate Air Force Organization. Ted served in World War II in the Army Air Corps as Sgt. Flight Engineer.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille November, whom he married Oct. 5, 1957; two daughters, Mary Jo (Dan) Gisewhite of Howland and Lori (Michael) Mordent of Niles; two grandchildren, Robert and Daniel Dray, both of Howland; three brothers, Peter November of Cortland, William Novembrini of Niles and James (Helen) November Jr. of Newton Falls; and two sisters, Mary Vincent of Niles and Laverne Lipo of Sharon, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Eugene "Geno" November; and three sisters, Pauline Amprim, Sylvia Giddings and Dora Stocz.
Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel in Warren, where a service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday with the Rev. James P. Walker officiating.
Entombment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta with full military honors.
