SOUTHINGTON - Bryan P. King, 54, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at his residence.
Bryan was born Oct. 12, 1959, at Twentynine Palms, Calif., to Mary Coatoum and Jack King.
Bryan grew up in Northeast, Pa., lived most of his life throughout Trumbull County and is most recently of Southington.
Bryan worked as a machinist for 34 years at Warren Fabricating and Machine.
He married the love of his life, Jessica Scott King, on Aug. 25, 2006. Bryan was an amazing husband and even after seven years of marriage, he never forgot to tell his wife - and everyone else he met - how much he adored her.
Bryan was a great father and friend, and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Bryan loved spending time with his family, laughing and being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, was a great gardener and he valued accomplishing something every day. He had a love for food, both eating and cooking, and was known for his specialty canned hot peppers.
Bryan is survived by his wife, Jessica King; birth parents, Mary Coatoum and Jack King; parents, Donna King and Leroy King; children, Nicole King and Ryan King; stepdaughters, Leeah Moore and Natalie Moore; adopted daughter's dogs, Ava and Tigger; siblings, Lori King, Tammy King, Stephen King, Bradley King, Brett King, Daniel Lanich and David Lanich; nieces and nephews, Tierra, Evelyn, Grayson and Finn; mother and father-in-law, Allen and Lynnette Scott; and sister-in-law, Melissa (Evan) Schmalz.
Bryan was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn King; brother, Brian Lanich; and aunt, Fern Fiscus.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mill Creek Metroparks, Pioneer Pavilion on Old Furnace Road, Young-stown. The family asks that you bring a special memory or story of Bryan to share at the service. The family will greet friends from noon to 2 p.m. at the Pioneer Pavillion.
