YOUNGSTOWN - Donald E. Worrellia, 78, of the city's West Side, died Wednesday morning, Oct. 16, 2013, at his home with his family by his side.
He was born Nov. 28, 1934, in Youngstown, the son of Louis and Dorothy Agnone Worrellia.
Donald served in the U.S. Army and retired from Bliss Manufacturing. Mr. Worrellia was a member of St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy E. Saluga Worrellia; a son, Louis of Columbus; a daughter, Dorothy Gilligan of Austintown; two grandchildren; two sisters, Phyllis McQuire of Massillon and Marlene Kusz of Campbell; and two brothers, Frank of Youngstown and Richard of Youngstown.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Kinnick Funeral Home in Youngstown, where the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Brendan Church will conduct a prayer service at 4:45 p.m. Funeral services will begin 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home and continue at 10 a.m. with a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at St. Brendan Church in Youngstown.
A committal service with military honors will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
