If you stand with the poorest excuse for a Congressman in our congressional history named Bill Johnson, you should explore other political avenues.
I addressed a note to Bill Johnson telling him the following:
1. As a retired military veteran, Bill Johnson has traded any and all loyalty to veterans, especially family members, for his inflated ego.
2. As a Bronze Star recipient, I have personally experienced trauma which will never permit me to turn my back on the plight of veterans. Fearing the tea party, marching to false Rush Limbaugh drum beat and placing his re-election above all else is unforgivable. As a side note., I was inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame class of 2012. Military pride and country runs through every vein in my being.
3. As an elected official of eight years and a staff member in the mayor's office in the fourth largest city in the country for 10 years, I recognize a quacking Republican duck when I see one. I once personally invited Bill Johnson to make his presentation before our city council. Needless to say, he has not and will not receive an invitation to return.
4. Under which Republican rock has Bill Johnson been hiding while military families and Medicare recipients sit in fear while Cruz and tea party leaders salivate over shutting down the government? If Bill Johnson was in fact a leader he would be a loud and consistent voice representing the middle class, veterans, students, homeless veterans and immigrants just for starters.
But not Bill Johnson. His number one and only priority, as he has continually demonstrated ... yep, you got, it's Bill Johnson.
