WARREN - City police were called to investigate reports of several assaults on Thursday including one at a North Park Avenue bar.

Police reports indicate Iser suffered an apparent minor injury and that she went to the emergency room at St. Joseph Health Center for treatment. Police said she had an injury to her nose, which appeared to be displaced. Iser told police the driver's side mirror was damaged on her vehicle.
Quentin Dowell, 28, of Hall Street N.W., told police that a group of four people he knows assaulted him with bats. Dowell told police the incident took place about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Officers advised Dowell to consult with the city prosecutor's office about filing charges.
