BOARDMAN - William Dominic ''Bill'' Parisi, 65, died Monday morning, June 17, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center Boardman Campus.
Bill was born June 14, 1948, in Youngstown, the son of Anthony R. Parisi and Rose M. Castiglione Parisi.
He from the Air Force as a master sergeant. His medals include the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Achievement Medal, the Organizational Excellence Award with one Oak Leaf Cluster, the Good Conduct Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters, the Navy Good Conduct Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the Oversea Short Tour and the Korean Defense Service Medal.
Bill worked for the Mahoning County Board of Disabilities.
Survivors include his father of Boardman; his wife, the former Judy Ann Johnston; two daughters, Kimberly A. Parisi and Christina M. Parisi-Bowers, both of Boardman; three brothers, Gregory F. Parisi of Oakland Park, Fla., Fred M. Michael of Margate, Fla., and William E.K. Pusser of Youngstown; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 11 a.m. to noon Friday at Thompson Funeral Home, Boardman, where services will be at noon Friday. A military service will follow the funeral service on Friday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Boardman.
