SURVIVORS?OF?SUICIDE?PLAN?ANNUAL?WALK: The sixth annual Survivors of Suicide Awareness Walk will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Trumbull County Courthouse gazebo in Warren. The event is a walk in memory of loved ones who died by suicide. Families, friends and the public are urged to bring photos or signs to highlight the loss of loved ones to suicide. The names of those who have died will be read.
The event is sponsored by Loving Outreach to Survivors of Suicide and Survivors of Suicide of Mahoning and Columbiana counties.
DECORATING CEMETERY GRAVES: The Trumbull County Memorial Day Federation will be placing flags on the graves of veterans at 9:30 a.m. Friday and May 24 at Pineview Cemetery and 9:30 a.m. Saturday and May 25 at Oakwood Cemetery. Any organizations are welcome to help and should bring wagons.
GARDEN PLOTS AVAILABLE: Dickey Community Garden recently held a spring cleanup. To apply for a garden plot, contact Sheila Calko, GROW project manager, 330-881-7698, or sheila@

GROW program and Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership recently planted seeds at greenhouse at Packard Park to be used at Dickey, Laird, Roosevelt and Garfield community gardens. Plants will be available for the community gardens.
VESSEL INSPECTIONS: The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will hold a vessel safety check from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Mosquito Creek State Park in Bazetta. For information, call George at 330-792-3047.

MUSEUM TO BE OPEN: The Leavittsburg Heritage Museum on West Market Street will be open from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday as part of the LaBrae Alumni Weekend. An alumni reunion will be held Friday at LaBrae High School on Friday.
