Two past headliners at the Covelli Centre will team up for a summer tour that includes a return visit to Youngstown
3 Doors Down, the first headliner at the Youngstown arena, and Daughtry, who performed there in 2009, will play a 7 p.m. show July 29 with a third act to be announced.
3 Doors Down bass player Todd Harrell is accused of driving under the influence and causing a fatal crash last weekend in the Nashville area. The Associated Press reported that he checked himself into a drug treatment center this week. The band canceled four upcoming tour dates after the accident, but the band is scheduled to spend a month on the road with Daughtry beginning July 5.
Tickets are $55, $45 and $35 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. May 10 through Ticketmaster.
