NAPLES, Fla. - Lawrence "Larry" Lobaugh, 81, formerly of Niles, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Avow Hospice in Naples, surrounded by his loving wife and five children.
He was born Aug. 27, 1931, in Niles, to Horace and Viola Bennett Lobaugh, and had lived in Naples since 1988.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Patricia Hogan Lobaugh; five children, Larry Jr. (Liz) of Shrewsbury, N.J., Marijane of Naples, Laurie (Mark) May of Naples, Mark (Julie) of McDonald and Beth (Andy) Kiluk of Morehead City, N.C. He also is survived by a niece, Mary Kaye Lobaugh of Mineral Ridge, who was like a daughter; sister-in-law, Laverne Harvey of Newton Falls; grandchildren, Lindsey Lobaugh, Isabella May, Korey (Natalie) Papa, Alyssa and Maddie Lobaugh, Max, Chloe, Andrew, Ryan and Sophie Kiluk; great-grandchildren, Kolton and Lilly Papa; and many nieces and nephews.
Larry was predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Harold and Donald Lobaugh; and granddaughter, Chanel May.
As per Larry's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in his hometown of Niles.
