HUBBARD - Jay A. Woolensack Sr., 58, died Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Omni Manor Nursing Home.
Jay was born Sept. 4, 1954, in Youngstown, the son of Delmer D. and Margaret Hover Woolensack.
He owned and operated Jay's Auto Works in Hubbard.

Survivors include his wife, Marcile C. Pollifrone Woolensack; a son, James J. of Masury; two grandchildren; and a brother, Delmer D. Jr. of Farmdale.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jay A. Jr., and two brothers.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday and one hour prior to the 1 p.m. service Sunday at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
Jay will be laid to rest in Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown.
