WARREN - Lewis R. Martin, 64, died Saturday, March 16, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Center.
He was born March 31, 1948, in Green County, Mather, Pa., the son of Robert W. and Betty Cottle Martin.
Lewis had been a self-employed truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia; five children, Paul, Bryan, Tracy, Nicholas and Brittany; two granddaughters; and a brother, Bob.
The family will hold a service for Lewis at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Warren.
Arrangements for Lewis were entrusted to the Borowski Funeral Service and Oak Meadow Cremation Services.
