WARREN - Alexis Shalynn Cayson, 19, of North Federle N.W., departed this life suddenly at 7 a.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013.
She was born Jan. 8, 1994, in Warren, the daughter of Tyrone Thomas and Deatra Cayson.
Ms. Cayson was employed with PetSmart as an animal handler for one year, attended Warren G. Harding High School and enjoyed arts and animals.

She leaves to mourn, her mother of Cambridge, Pa.; her father of Caldwell; a son, Jamari Cayson of Columbus; a brother, Isaiah Cayson of Columbus; two sisters, Ashia Cayson of Warren and India Williams of Cincinnati; three grandparents, Patricia Cayson of Warren, Ramona Thomas of Youngstown and Mamie B. Cayson Hunt of Warren; a great-great-grandfather, David Allen Sr. of Warren, and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Ezra Lee Cayson Sr.
Funeral services will be held noon Saturday at Apostolic Faith Church, where calling hours are two hours prior to service. Family will also receive friends at 2194 Draper St. S.E., Warren, the home of her grandmother, Patricia Cayson.
Burial will take place in Pineview Memorial Park Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
