YOUNGSTOWN -- A hotel is coming to the Stambaugh Building on Federal Plaza at Central Square downtown, Tribune Chronicle news partner WYTV reported.
Developers Dominic Marchionda and Michael Naffah told WYTV that a feasibility study should be completed this week and more details would be announced in four to six weeks.
Marchionda owns the 40-unit Erie Terminal Place apartments downtown. Naffah operates the Hampton Inn & Suites in Canfield.
