YOUNGSTOWN - Police think they have the other half of a man's jaw from a skeleton that was found last month in a heavily wooded area of the East Side.

Police Chief Rod Foley said this morning that a dog that had been finding human bones on Vaughn Street found the lower part of the jaw about 7 p.m. Tuesday and investigators believe it is from the same skeleton.

A dog found a skull missing the lower jaw and other bones Feb. 16. Coroner's investigators believe the skeleton belongs to a male of mixed ancestry between the ages of 25 and 50 and are from the same skeleton. They have narrowed possible matches of the skeleton down to just a few people.
