WARREN - Elaine Ann Butler, 55, of 1004 Blakely Circle, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at St. Joseph Health Center following a brief illness.
She was born March 11, 1957, in Warren, the daughter of Lindsey and Carrie Singleton Frazier Sr.
Elaine worked at HLA as a nurse's aide and was a member of New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Cornelius D. Butler III of Warren; two daughters, Charnettra N. Butler-Smith of Minnesota and Kelly S. Butler of Warren; a sister, Diane Morre; a half-sister, Jeanie Daniels; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Preceding her in death were her father and two brothers.
A service of Christian burial will be noon Friday at New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church. Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Sibley-Murray Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Pine Knoll Cemetery.
