WARREN - Three men are facing drug related charges after police stopped them on Saturday and found a 2-month-old baby and six bindles of heroin in their car.
The child's father, Joshua Kistler, 25, 3351 Lodwick Drive N.W., was charged with child endangering, possessing drug abuse instruments and paraphernalia.
The driver, Benjamin Warner, 34, 629 Delaware Ave. S.W., was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and failing to use a turn signal.
Another passenger, Jobe Podach, 30, 1554 McMyler St. N.W. and Bunnell, Fla., was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments. Police said he is also a fugitive out of Flagler County, Fla.
Police reported seeing Warner turn from Roberts Avenue N.W. onto Garden Street N.W. without using a turn signal.
After stopping the vehicle, police said they asked Warner if he had anything illegal in the car and saw that he had "track marks."
Warner said "yes" and removed a syringe from his pants pocket.
Kistler and Podach also had drug abuse instruments in their possession and outstanding warrants, police reported.
All three men were taken to the Trumbull County Jail, where Podach remained on a hold from Florida, and Kistler was being held from previous cases.
Warner was released after posting a $1,000 bond.
Police said the child was returned to his mother.
