Mon. 4:41pm: Men arrested with heroin, baby

WARREN - Three men are facing drug related charges after police stopped them on Saturday and found a 2-month-old baby and six bindles heroin in the car they were traveling in.

The child's father, Joshua Kistler, 25, 3351 Lodwick Drive N.W., was charged with child endangering, possessing drug abuse instruments and paraphernalia.

The driver, Benjamin Warner, 34, 629 Delaware Ave. S.W., was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and failing to use a turn signal. Another passenger, Jobe Podach, 30, 1554 McMyler St. N.W. and Bunnell, Fla., was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments. Police said he is also a fugitive out of Flagler County, Fla.
