WARREN - Rosalie L. Mann, 86, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland.
She was born July 23, 1926, in Tunnelton, W.Va., the daughter of Elza and Anna Shaffer Taylor, and was of the Christian faith.
Rosalie is survived by six children, Diane Hubinsky, Debbie Pugh, Vicki Blott, Nick Mann, Karen Glunt and Sandy Mullens; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard Taylor; and a sister, Ethel Fullmer.

She was preceded in death by a son, James Bolyard; a daughter, Judy Bragg, one brother and two sisters.
Private services were held under the direction of the Sinchak & Sons Funeral Home, Warren.
