LOUDON, Tenn. - David P. Greene, 65, formerly of Warren, entered into eternal life at 6:25 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, after a short, courageous battle with cancer.
He was born June 14, 1947, in Lake City, Tenn., the son of Hubert and Annette Parks Greene. David attended Niles City Schools.
David was the owner of Greene's Classic Cars in Lenoir City, Tenn.

In his earlier years, David was an avid drag racer of his pride and joy - his '68 Chevelle "Quick Draw McGraw" that he raced at Thompson, Quaker, Sunset and Meander drag strips.
His true passions were his show cars and attending car shows. He was very proud of his four strong, independent daughters and their accomplishments in life.
Memories of David will be carried on by his loving daughters, who cared for him during his illness, Kimberly (Joe) Mymo of Niles, Ann-Marie (Scott) Gordon of Charlotte, N.C., Wendy (Ron) Bagaglia of Fowler and Lorri Shaffer of Fowler; his grandchildren, Erika Johnson, Chad Litzinger, Jenna and Ross Mymo, Shalyn, Alex and Cameron Bagaglia, and Brittney and Haley Gordon; his great-grandchildren, David, Kennedy, Addison, Kylie, Mika and Mace; his sisters, Pat (Randall) Davis of Georgia and Carol (Rich) Hamilton of North Carolina; and his brothers, Curt Greene of Niles, Steve Greene of South Carolina and Robert "Bo" Greene of Niles; and several nieces and nephews.
A private celebration of life was held by his daughters and ex-wife, Charlene "Shon" Greene.
Burial is in Grandview Cemetery in Tennessee.
