CANFIELD - Rose Ross, 90, of Canfield and formerly of Hubbard, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
She was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Lumberport, W.Va., the daughter of Antonio and Teresa Esposito Parsee.
During World War II, Rose worked for the Pennsylvania Bell Telephone Company. She moved to Hubbard in 1951 and was a lifelong member of St. Patrick's Church.
Rose leaves a daughter, Carol Carlson of Philadelphia; and a son, Jack (Barbara) Ross of Canfield. She leaves five grandchildren, Shannon (Greg) Rietzke, Susan (Tony) Pannunzio, Allyson, Carolyn and Frank Ross; and eight great-grandchildren.
Rose was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Ross; and her son-in-law, Gene Carlson.
The viewing will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Church in Hubbard.
A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow with the Rev. Timothy H. O'Neill officiating.
