GIRARD An arrest warrant was issued for Amber Al Mhaiat, of Warren, who failed to appear in Girard Municipal court this morning on charges of gambling and operating a gambling house at Belmont Sweeps Internet cafe, which was raided by Liberty police on Friday.
Patricia A. Micochero, of Akron, pleaded not guilty this morning to the same charges and had bond was set at $5,000.
