WARREN -- A hearing officer told the Trumbull County Board of Health on Monday to ``dismiss all charges'' against septic installer Berry Meadows.
The Board of Health requested a hearing, accusing Meadows of violations that would constitute revoking the installer's license. Hearing Officer Ronald Alexander ruled that the board denied Meadows of due process and violated his rights to a fair hearing.
Meanwhile, Meadows and his wife, Deanna, have a pending constitutional rights violation lawsuit against the health board and Trumbull County Sheriff's Office. The case is scheduled for March 20.
