The engagement and upcoming marriage of Krystle McDougal and Anthony Rocco Tisone are being announced by the couple's parents.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Ronald McDougal and the late Sonya McDougal of Cortland. The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Tisone of Howland.
Ms. McDougal is a graduate of Kent State University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in education. She is employed by the Warren City School District.

Mr. Tisone is a graduate of Ohio University with bachelor's degree in political science. He earned an education licensure from Notre Dame College and a master's degree in school administration from Youngstown State University. He is employed as a teacher by the Bristol Local School District.
The couple will be united in marriage at a wedding celebration in July 2013.
