WARREN - A man who jumped out of a moving car being followed by police early this afternoon was arrested on a federal warrant.
Darius Simmons, 36, 938 Highland Ave. S.W., was taken into custody on a federal firearms warrant and was also arrested on several warrants from Trumbull County for drug charges, police said.
Also arrested on warrants from Trumbull County was 26-year-old Randall Morgan of 1941 Southwest Blvd. S.W.
Both were taken to the Trumbull County Jail.
