YOUNGSTOWN -- Two Youngstown men were arrested Tuesday in connection to the death of an Ashtabula man 16 years ago.
Troy Jones and Eric Weaver, both of Youngstown; and George L. Church and Stephen Boles, both of Ashtabula, were picked up on warrants Tuesday morning, according to the Ashtabula Star Beacon. Police are still searching for Jawann M. Evans, of Ashtabula.
Ronald ``Maceo'' Hull, 23, was shot four times and found dead in Ashtabula on Feb. 9, 1997.
