WARREN - A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted the former clerk/treasurer of the Kinsman Free Public Library on six counts related to theft in office.
Sharon R. Vankanegan, 47, 8560 State St., Kinsman, was indicted on one count of theft in office, one count of misuse of credit cards and four counts of forgery.
Prosecutors claim she defrauded the library of more than $14,000 between August 2010 and January 2013.
