LA JOLLA, Calif. - Rose Joseph Ellis, 91, formerly of Youngstown, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at home.
Rose was born in Homestead, Pa., the daughter of Izan and Mary Joseph.
She was a housewife and a member of St. Maron Church and Our Lady of Lebanon Shrine.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Ellis; her daughter, Alicemarie Ellis O'Neill, and a grandson, all of La Jolla.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Louis; her son, Michael; and her daughter, Debie Ellis Zola.
There will be a Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Maron Church, Youngstown.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, Boardman, and from 9 until 9:50 a.m. Thursday at St. Maron Church, Youngstown.
Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown.
