YOUNGSTOWN - Police Chief Rod Foley says he wants to send a message with extra patrols on the road looking for guns and drugs.
Specifically, Foley said he wants the word to get out to criminals who regularly carry guns that they are being targeted.
"If you carry firearms, the police department is looking for you," Foley said.
