Jessica M. Marsteller and Bradley K. Mitchner together with their families are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of David Marsteller of Cortland and Barbara Marsteller of Cortland. Parents of the groom-elect are Russell and Laura Mitchner, also of Cortland.
Miss Marsteller graduated from Maplewood High School and received her associate degree from ETI Technical College. She is employed with West Business Solutions as a recruiting specialist.

Mr. Mitchner graduated from Lakeview High School. He is a journeyman ironworker with Ironworkers Local 207.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held Oct. 5, 2013. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception to follow.
