Nominations sought
for Community Stars
Nominations are being sought for the Tribune Chronicle Community Star program.
Now in its 12th year, the program celebrates the volunteers who have had a significant influence on Trumbull County, be it through tireless hours of service, random acts of kindness or a single moment of courage.
The 10 people chosen will be recognized in a special section published in the newspaper, and treated to a banquet open to the community at W.D. Packard Music Hall on March 19.
Nominations are due by Friday. They can be emailed to Sue Shafer at sshafer@tribtoday.com or submitted through the Virtual Newsroom on tribtoday.com. They can also be hand-delivered or mailed to Sue Shafer c/o Tribune Chronicle, 240 Franklin St. S.E., Warren, OH 44483.
