GIRARD - Betty L. Modzel, 88, passed away Friday afternoon, Jan. 25, 2013, at her home.
Betty was born April 18, 1924, in Viaduct, Pa., the daughter of Charles and Grace Moyer Morlock.
She was a beautician and a member of Churchill United Methodist Church.

Betty is survived by her husband, Richard R. Modzel; a son, Richard A. Modzel of Cortland; a daughter, Karen Todd of Warren; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Modzel, and by five brothers and three sisters.
There will be no services.
Arrangements were handled by McClurkin Funeral Home.
