Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Jill Bray of Brookfield were honored during a 50th anniversary celebration held at Cafe 422 in Warren on Dec. 29, 2012. The event was hosted by their children, Christopher and Heather, and 50 guests were in attendance.
Dick Bray and the former Jill Quimby were married in New Houghton, Nottinghamshire, England, on Jan. 19, 1963. They met while Richard was visiting England on a leave from his Army base in Germany.
Mr. Bray is retired from Packard Electric.
