WARREN - Richard C. Stone Jr., 36, of Warren, entered into rest at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at his residence following a brief illness.
Richard was born Oct. 14, 1976, in Portsmouth, Va., the son of Richard C. Stone Sr. and Gloria A. Begeny Stone.
He was a 1995 graduate of Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, Va., and was employed as a sheet metal mechanic for the Behrends Mechanical Inc. in Virginia. He was of the Catholic faith.

His memory will be remembered and cherished by those he leaves behind, his loving parents, Richard C. Sr. and Gloria A. Stone of Warren; a brother, Jeffrey Stone of Wadsworth; sisters, Laurie Springer of Howland and Chandra (Rodger) Compton of Martinsville, Va.; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Begeny of Howland; and nine nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, George Begeny; paternal grandparents, Curtis and Margaret Stone; and a sister, Cheryl Porgal.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Virginia.
