GIRARD - Paul E. Griffin Sr., 77, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
He was born Dec. 30, 1935, in Youngstown, the son of Eric E. and Julia Turner Griffin.
Paul was a self-employed body shop, auto repair and used car salesman.
He was a member of Simon Road Church of God in Boardman.
Paul served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Survivors include his sons, Eric E. Griffin of Campbell and Paul Griffin Jr. of Niles; daughters, Cindy Murphy of Girard and Pamela Hartshorn of Chandler, Ariz.; two sisters, Dorothy Crawford of Elkton and Ethel Foy of Youngstown; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Catherine Abby; a great-granddaughter; two brothers; and three sisters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to the service Tuesday.
Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
