BROOKFIELD - Alice J. Saadeh, 48, died unexpectedly Monday morning, Jan. 7, 2013, at her home.
Alice was born Aug. 19, 1964, in Youngstown, the daughter of James and Marjorie Melanson Schiffhauer.
She was a 1982 graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and a member of St. Joseph Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Saadeh; her mother, Marjorie Schiffhauer; a daughter, Jessie (Andy) Darby of Masury; a son, Tony Saadeh of Brookfield; four sisters, Marie (Don) Morrill of Boonville, Mo., Cathy (Dave) Hoover of Ellsworth, Marjorie (Geoff) Shaw of Medina and Janet (David) Pintaric of Canfield; three brothers, James (Gina) Schiffhauer of New Middletown, and Charles Schiffhauer and Paul Schiffhauer, both of Austintown; a granddaughter, Drew Marie Darby; her mother-in-law, Cherie Saadeh; brother-in-law, Mike (Annie) Saadeh of Brookfield; sister-in-law, Amira (Jim) Kollar of Deerfield; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Schiffhauer.
Prayers will begin at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
