WARREN - Marion Josephine Shaw, 81, entered peacefully into eternal rest at 9:10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and following an extended illness.
Marion was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Washington County, Pa., the daughter of the late Glenn and Josephine McNicholas Yoder, and had resided most of her lifetime in the Warren area.
She was a 1951 graduate of St. Mary's High School and attended college in Ladysmith, Wis.

Marion was employed with the General Electric /Ohio Lamp Corp. for 31 years as a secretary of Local 722.
She was a lifetime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Warren and bowled on area leagues for many years.
Marion is survived by a brother, Patrick (Dorothy) Yoder of Fowler; nephews, Jeffery (Christine) Yoder and Todd (Jodi) Yoder; and a great-nephew, Daniel Yoder.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Shaw; and a brother, Michael Yoder.
Private funeral services will be Wednesday at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren. Officiating will be the Rev. Bernard Schmalzried.
Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Warren.
Her family asks that people offer a prayer for Marion and all of the faithfully departed souls.
