MEADVILLE - Howland finished ninth with 95 points at the Tool City Tournament on Saturday.
Gabe Stark earned the highest finish for the Tigers, taking third at 152 pounds. He pinned John Vaughn in 45 seconds in the consolation finals. Andrew Rolfe placed fourth at 195 pounds, and Josh Grodesky took sixth place at 182 pounds.
