SALEM - Thomas M. Driscoll Jr., 55, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at home, surrounded by his family.
He was born Feb. 27, 1957, in Cleveland, the son of Thomas Sr. and Marilyn Driscoll.
He received his juris doctorate at the University of Akron.

Tom is survived by his wife, the former Mary Therese Barrett; sons, Thomas M. III, James, Daniel and Edward; daughters, Bridgid Cassin, and Caitlin, Erin, Molly, Rosemarie, Mary Grace, Maureen, Caroline, Claire and Anne; sisters, Mary Beth, Peggy Timmons and Terry Neagoy; and his brothers, Kevin, Frank and Jerome.
Calling hours will be 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Charles Church in Boardman.
