GARRETTSVILLE - Dolores M. Sczypta, 82, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, in Ravenna.
She was born March 28, 1930, in Kent, a daughter of Joy and Florence Rentz Rhodes.
She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children, Karon Helmuth of Cortland, Joyce Lucas of Pennsylvania, Patrick Lucas of Lebanon and Barbara Lucas of Garrettsville; sisters, Marilyn Johnson and Betty Tomlinson; a brother, Joseph Rhodes; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Roy Lucas Jr. and Andrew Sczypta; two sisters; and a brother.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Garrettsville.
Burial will be at noon Saturday in Drakesburg Cemetery.
