HOWLAND - Diana Jean Guenther Mancini, 66, joined her parents in heaven on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family after a long and courageous battle against complications after knee replacement surgery.
She was born Oct. 13, 1946, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Don and Shirley Schenck Williams.
Diana was primarily a loving homemaker and also held many jobs in the area as a cashier. She was a member of Girard First United Methodist Church.

She loved baking cookies, reading romance novels and puzzle books.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Robert Mancini Sr. of Howland; sons, Michael Guenther of Niles and Scott (Trish) Guenther of Youngstown; stepson, Robert Mancini Jr. and stepdaughter, Kimberly (Jeff) Mancini, both of Warren; one grandson, Anthony Mancini; sisters, Sandra (John) Avery of Lake Milton and Cheryl (Mike) Bodnar of Youngstown; brothers, Donald Jr. (Darlene) Williams of Youngstown and David Williams of Florida; many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews; her best friend, Grace Stacciotti of Girard; and her beloved dog, Austin.
She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Laurel.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Girard First United Methodist Church. Family will receive relatives and friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard. Interment will be held at Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown.
