NILES - Eugene F. Nolan, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 25. 2012, at Autumn Hills Care Center.
He was born April 20, 1923, in Youngstown, the son of John and Kathleen Nolan.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and Navy during World War II and worked at LTV Steel.

He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Survivors include a son, Daniel Campana of Niles; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Kathleen.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine.
Memorial services are at noon on Jan. 4 at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in Green Have Memorial Gardens, Canfield.
