WARREN -Thomas Frank Musick, 57, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Oct. 21, 1955, in Warren, the son of the late Frank J. Musick and the late Mary D. Stano Musick.
Tom was a graduate of Howland High School and had worked in maintenance for the Conrail Rail Road Co. for 20 years and was active in the union.

He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, supporting the Steelers, Pirates and the Penguins. He liked to fish as well as collect certain items, such as music CDs and movie DVDs. He particularly enjoyed collecting "Best Picture" movies. Mostly, Tom enjoyed spending his time with his family, friends and his two dogs, Rocco and Sophie.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie (Nelson) Conrad of Champion, and three sisters, Maryann (John) Kress of Pittsburgh, Paula (Gregory) Regalia of Hudson and Kris (Hank) Haynam Jr. of Cortland. Tom was also the proud uncle of three nieces and four nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, where services will be held at noon Saturday. Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
