YOUNGSTOWN - A jury this morning found 27-year-old Donovan Miller guilty of the Sept. 22, 2011, aggravated murder of 22-year-old Quest Wagoner at his 1139 Inverness Ave. home.
Jurors in the courtroom of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Lou D'Apolito returned their verdicts about 10:30 a.m. this morning. They began deliberating late Tuesday afternoon.
Miller was also found not guilty of two counts of trafficking in marijuana. Sentencing will be at a later date.
