YOUNGSTOWN -- City Council's Safety Committee is expected to decide Thursday on a company to supply traffic cameras.
Police Chief Rod Foley said the committee is studying three proposals. The city is planning on installing 10 cameras in school zones.
Foley said it would take about three months to install the cameras once the contract is signed.
