YOUNGSTOWN - Jurors are expected to hear closing arguments this afternoon in the trial of 27-year-old Donovan Miller of Cambridge Street, who is accused of killing 22-year-old Quest Wagoner inside his 1139 Inverness Ave. home on Sept. 22, 2011.
Before resting his case this morning, Miller's attorney, Gus Theofilos, presented a string of witnesses who testified about Miller's whereabouts at the time police believe Wagoner was killed.
Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Lou D'Apolito is hearing the case.
