YOUNGSTOWN -- The lead investigator in the murder trial of 27-year-old Donovan Miller testified today he was able to link Miller to the killing of 22-year-old Quest Wagoner through a car.
Detective Sgt. Rick Spotleson said neighbors told him of a car that was parked at Wagoner's 1339 Inverness Ave. home Sept. 22, 2011, around the time that investigators thought Wagoner was shot.
Miller's trial began Friday before Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Lou D'Apolito.
