AUSTINTLOWN -- U.S. Northern District Judge James Gwin in Cleveland sentenced James E. Gray, 35, 2608 Bears Den Road, Youngstown, to four years in prison, three years of supervised release and restitution for robbing First Place Bank in Austintown
Gray pleaded guilty to one count of bank robbery, accused of stealing $2,728, which he was ordered to pay back.
Gray was previously served time in prison for robbery in 2003 and faces felony charges in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court where he stands accused of robbing a BP gas station on state Route 46.
