Dan Houston, 61, of Warren, operates a model train Sunday at Warren SCOPE Center. The third annual Christmas open house, arranged by the Riverside Railroad Club, took place Saturday and Sunday. The event consisted of seven model train sets and a raffle, with proceeds benefiting the club.
